GETTING STARTED WITH KLIC

FILL

Slide the door open and pour your powder inside. Keep the powder loose and don’t pack it too tightly. Close the door before use.
A small bag fits right into the opening so nothing spills. KLIC works best with powder that’s as dry and finely ground as possible; our powder grinder helps you get there.
TWIST

To load a dose, hold your KLIC upright and turn the knob 180 degrees until the notches on the knob and body align and you feel the click.
This rotates a filled dose cup from the powder compartment into the chamber. Your measured dose is now ready and should be taken immediately.
INHALE

Hold your KLIC upright, bring the intake hole to one nostril and sniff gently.
REMOVING THE KNOB

Hold your KLIC upside down, then twist and pull at the same time to release the knob. To reassemble, press in while twisting gently until it seats.
ADJUSTING THE DOSE SIZES

Remove the knob first so you can watch the dose cups move as you adjust. Insert the tool into either screw on the knob and turn to raise or lower the cup.
INSTALLING THE DRY PACK

With the knob off and powder compartment empty, push the dry pack in "TOP" side first and slide it all the way up the chamber until it locks. You can use the slide door to push the dry pack up the powder compartment until it locks into place.
Don't open a dry pack until you're ready to use it, and replace it once the beads turn from orange to dark green.
ALTERNATE LOADING

With the knob off, set the funnel over the powder compartment and pour, then reassemble. Pour into the powder compartment — never the chamber.
CLEANING
How do I clean the KLIC?
Disassemble the device and use the included brush or a dry microfiber cloth to remove excess powder. You can also clean with rubbing alcohol or water but ensure all components are completely dry before reassembling.
Can I wash it with soap and water?
Rubbing alcohol can also be used to clean the device. Stainless steel parts can be washed with mild soap and water, but this is not recommended unless necessary. The device is not dishwasher safe.
How often should I clean the device?
Frequency depends on powder type and usage. Fine, dry powders require less maintenance than sticky or oily powders.
HUMIDITY CONTROL
Can I buy extra Dry Packs?
Yes, we offer them here.
How often should I replace the Dry Pack?
Replace it once the desiccant beads change from orange to dark green. It is advised to install the dry pack only once you plan on using the device. Depending on your location and the humidity in your environment, you may not need the dry pack at all.
How does the Dry Pack work?
The dry pack contains a desiccant that helps reduce humidity inside the KLIC. Its effectiveness depends on ambient humidity, how often you use the device, and the moisture content of your powder.
How do you recommend swapping in a fresh Dry Pack on the go?
The KLIC must be emptied before replacing the Dry Pack. Often times it is easiest to empty the KLIC by removing the knob and pouring out of the bottom of the powder compartment into a container. We recommend to keep the Dry Pack sealed in its package until you are ready to use it.
TROUBLESHOOTING
My KLIC is not dispensing smoothly. What should I do?
Loosen the powder, clean the chamber, or switch to a finer or drier powder. High humidity can reduce flow.
The device feels tight or hard to turn.
Remove the knob and check for powder buildup or debris. Clean thoroughly and ensure the o-ring is properly seated.
My powder keeps leaking or escaping.
A small amount may escape through the intake hole if held upside down when a dose is selected. Avoid storing the device fully loaded and be sure the chamber door is closed before putting it away.
