KLIC is a brand owned and operated by Vesper Labs LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. References to “KLIC”, “we”, “us”, or “our” include Vesper Labs LLC.

1. Intended Use
   KLIC devices are designed and intended solely for handling, portioning, and dispensing legally permitted dry powders for culinary, cosmetic, ceremonial, aromatherapeutic, or other lawful personal-use purposes. The devices are not designed for use with any substance intended for inhalation, vaporization, combustion, or pulmonary delivery. KLIC products are consumer accessories and are not medical devices or laboratory instruments.

2. No Illegal Use
   KLIC products must not be used in connection with illegal drugs, controlled substances, or any other unlawful material or activity. We do not condone, encourage, or support any illegal use of our products. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, and use of KLIC products comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
   Any modification of the device for an unlawful purpose immediately voids all warranties, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

   
   

3. Resale and Promotion Restrictions
   KLIC products are intended for personal, lawful use only. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or promotional activity is prohibited. You may not market, advertise, or represent KLIC products in any manner that:
   a. suggests or encourages illegal use;
   b. associates the products with controlled substances;
   c. misrepresents the intended purpose of the device; or
   d. creates confusion as to an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by KLIC.
   
   

4. Jurisdictional Restrictions
   Certain regions or countries may classify accessories used with powders as regulated or restricted items, including drug paraphernalia. KLIC makes no representation that the products are legal, permissible, or appropriate for use in every jurisdiction.
   You are solely responsible for determining whether:

   a. purchasing or owning a KLIC device
   b. importing or exporting a KLIC device
   c. using the device for your intended purpose complies with the laws and regulations in your location.

   We may refuse or cancel orders destined for jurisdictions where the products may be illegal or restricted.

4. No Medical or Health Claims
   KLIC products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. They are not certified as medical devices and must not be used as substitutes for professional advice, treatment, or diagnostics.
   We do not make, and expressly disclaim, any claims regarding:

   a. health or wellness benefits
   b. therapeutic or physiological outcomes
   c. the safety, purity, effects, or suitability of any powder or material used with the device

   You are solely responsible for evaluating the safety and appropriateness of any powder or substance you choose to handle with the device.

5. FDA and Regulatory Status
   The materials and products intended to be used with KLIC devices have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory body. Neither KLIC nor Vesper Labs LLC claims or implies that any such materials or powders provide health benefits or meet any regulatory standards for medical or therapeutic use.
   
   

6. User Responsibility for Powders and Materials
   KLIC does not manufacture, distribute, or endorse any third-party powders, substances, or materials. You are solely responsible for:

   a. ensuring the legality of any powder used with the device
   b. confirming its safety, purity, and origin
   c. preventing contamination or misuse
   d. avoiding materials that may damage the device or pose health risks

   We assume no liability arising from materials you choose to use with KLIC products.

7. Hygiene, Handling, and Safety
   KLIC devices require proper care and hygiene. Users are responsible for:

   a. cleaning the device regularly
   b. ensuring powders used with the device are safe and free from contaminants
   c. storing the device properly
   d. not exposing the device to moisture, pressurized systems, flame, or extreme heat
   e. inspecting the device for damage before use

   Improper cleaning, storage, or handling may affect performance or safety.

8. Mechanical and Performance Limitations
   Powders naturally vary in density, granularity, humidity, and flow characteristics. As a result:
   a. dosage amounts may vary slightly
   b. performance may differ depending on material properties
   c. certain powders may require different handling techniques

   KLIC does not warrant or guarantee uniformity of dosage, consistency of output, or compatibility with all powders.

9. Modification and Misuse
   You must not alter, modify, tamper with, or attach any unauthorized components to the device. Modifying the device in any way may present safety risks and voids all warranties, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

   We assume no responsibility for injuries, damages, or claims resulting from modified or improperly used products.

10. Assumption of Risk

    By using any KLIC product, you acknowledge and agree that:

    1. you understand the intended use of the device

    2. you assume all risks associated with misuse, improper handling, or use of unsafe or illegal substances

    3. you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations

       
       

    KLIC and Vesper Labs LLC disclaim liability for any harm, injury, or damages arising from misinterpretation, misuse, or unlawful use of the products.

11. No Guarantee of Compatibility

    We do not guarantee that KLIC products will be compatible with any particular powder, material, or third-party accessory. The user is responsible for determining compatibility before use.

    
    

12. Desiccant Limitations

    Any desiccant included with KLIC products is provided solely as an accessory and has inherent performance limitations. Desiccants may become saturated, degrade over time, or function differently depending on humidity, temperature, and the properties of nearby materials. KLIC makes no representation or warranty that desiccants will remove moisture, preserve powders, prevent spoilage, maintain dryness, or ensure any particular condition or outcome. You assume all responsibility for inspecting, replacing, and properly maintaining desiccant components and for determining the suitability of any powder or material used with the device.

13. No Warranty Against Loss or Seizure
    KLIC is not responsible for products that are delayed, confiscated, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities, law enforcement, or regulatory agencies. No refunds will be issued for products that cannot be delivered due to legal restrictions.
